British High Commissioner Dr. Peter Hayes and H.E. President Mahinda Rajapakse declared open the Dehiwela flyover this morning. British company Mabye & Johnson Limited built the flyover. To-date four flyovers have been completed, two in Kelaniya, one in Nugegoda and the newest one in Dehiwela. Mabey &  Johnson Limited have to-date built twenty-eight rural bridges in various parts of the island as well.
